Sports Image: I chose this image of Blake Griffin in the NBA All Star Game. He is clearly the focal point and the contrast in his size compared to the rest of the picture makes him look extremely dominant and powerful.

News Image: For my news image I chose Billy Crystal opening at the Oscar's. They made him the focal point by blurring the background images, so he stands out. I also believe this image captured the energy of the moment during this point of the show.
