Slab Serif
The Ghiradelli chocolate font is a slab serif font. Even though everything is in all caps, it works. This is a supposed to be a rich and decadent chocolate and the font helps give that vibe. It seems like tracking was incorporated a little.
Script
Lindt is another "luxurious and decadent" chocolate. They were established in 1845, so the script font works nicely. I really liked how they only kept the script font for the heading and the used a different font for the subheading. It works really nicely together.
Decorative
Decorative font is perfect for candy, especially a gummi candy. This decorative font resembles Trolli candy. It's very fun and playful.

I really like the Lindt logo, it definitely gives the feel of a luxurious chocolate with the use of the script font.
