The tootsie roll font is an old style font because of the serifs or "little feet" at the tips of the glyphs. Twizzlers uses a sans serif font because there is no use of serifs and their strokes have uniform thickness. York uses a script font which is more formal and cursive. The twizzlers is a very good example of sans serif.
I love the Tootsie roll logo. It's one of those where you know what it is without reading it. The serifs are distinctive, and I like how the letters are housed in a Tootsie Roll candy.
